THE REFERRAL PROCESS
The Grove Realty does not require you to refer to Sage Street Agents. It is only an option, and one that we have oversight on. Please feel free to refer to whomever you prefer!
Outside Referrals
Step 1: Download the Broker to Broker Referral Agreement form from the forms library.
Step 2: Fill out the referrer information (your info) and sign it.
Step 3: Send the form over for your preferred agent to sign and fill out. Wait for them to send back the fully executed agreement.
Step 4: Once you receive the signed agreement, use page 2 to give them your client or referral information.
Important You are not guaranteed to get paid if you give out client details before you have a signed agreement.
Step 5: Follow up periodically to get an update from your preferred agent.
Step 6: Submit an invoice request via the intranet when it is close to closing.
Step 7: Wait to get PAID!
Referrals to Sage Street
Step 1: Fill out the Referral Form on the intranet.
Step 2: You will receive an email stating you have been matched with a Realtor® at Sage Street Realty.
Step 3: You will receive weekly updates email from your SSR partner.Step 4: Wait to get PAID!
*Note: this process is shorter because we handle all invoicing in house and can track your transaction from start to finish. We can ensure communication and payment.
